Digital Products (Wallpapers, Kits, Bundles)

All digital product sales are final.

• Due to the instant-access nature of downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for wallpapers, survival kits, or any other digital items.

• If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, missing link, etc.), please contact us at email@atdcollective.com and we’ll make sure you get a working file.

Physical Products (Merch – Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

We accept returns and exchanges on physical products within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Eligible returns:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or defective item

• Incorrect size (unworn items only)

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Sale/clearance items

How to start a return:
Email us at [your email] with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll send you a return label and process your exchange or refund once the item is received.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
